Quality Control Process: The CPP Standard

At Creative Print and Pack (CPP), our Quality Control (QC) process is a rigorous, tech-driven workflow designed to facilitate business operations with zero latency. By integrating ISO 9001:2015 protocols and G7 Master Qualification into our everyday infrastructure, we ensure that every box, tag, and carton metamorphoses from a raw concept into a high-performance product.


Step 1: Pre-Press Technical Audit

Before production begins, our quality team uses professional software to eliminate errors at the source.

  • Structural Verification: We use Esko Artios CAD and Art Pro + to verify die-lines and structural integrity.

  • Color Proofing: Initial proofs are calibrated using Techkon-German products to ensure strict adherence to ISO-12647-2 standards.

  • Digital Prototyping: A physical sample is created on the RJMTC Digital Cutting Table to test the “fit and feel” before mass production.

Step 2: In-Process Press Monitoring

During the print run, our Heidelberg CD-102 operators conduct real-time checks to maintain consistent output.

  • Color Calibration: We utilize Spectrodense and Delta E value monitoring to ensure color fidelity throughout the run of 15,000 sheets per hour.

  • Substrate Inspection: Our team monitors the surface tension and ink adhesion, specifically for Metpet and Coated printing.

Step 3: Post-Press Precision Testing

Finishing is where structural quality is locked in.

  • Punching Accuracy: The Heidelberg Easymatrix 106 CS is monitored for “clean-cuts” and stripping accuracy at 7,700 sheets per hour.

  • Bond Strength: For Mono Cartons, we test the adhesive strength of side-pasting executed by the Bobst Vision Fold.

  • Functional Testing: Paper Carry Bags are weight-tested to ensure the sheet-fed and roll-fed production meets load-bearing standards.

Step 4: Final Inspection & Compliance

Before dispatch, every order is audited against industry-specific standards (FMCG, Pharma, Food, etc.).

  • Zero-Latency Review: We verify that the upgraded technology infrastructure has met the client’s quality and service delivery expectations.

  • VDP Accuracy: For Tags and Specialized Packaging, we verify that variable data printing from our Konica Minolta units is 100% readable.
