At Creative Print and Pack (CPP), we are consciously investing heavily in upgrading our technology infrastructure to meet customer expectations in quality, price, and service delivery. We leverage trending technologies to help our customers metamorphose their products from the horde, ensuring every project is delivered with zero latency.

1. Design & Development Studio

Our facility features a dedicated digital environment for rapid prototyping and structural engineering.

• Industry-Leading Software: We utilize Esko (Art Pro +, Artios CAD, I Cut & VDP), Corel Draw, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop to engineer complex packaging structures.

• Digital Prototyping: Our RUK Digital Cutting Table (Size: 1300 x 1000 mm) allows for instant sample making without the need for physical dies.

• Computer to Plate (CTP): Using the AMSKY-T848 system, we produce up to 20 high-resolution plates per hour (Size: 800 x 1030 mm) for rapid transition from design to press.

2. World-Class Printing Fleet

We operate high-speed, multi-color machinery capable of handling diverse substrates and complex data.

• Offset Excellence: Two Heidelberg CD-102 6-color presses with online UV coating. These machines support Metpet printing and CMYK + 2 PMS colors at speeds of 15,000 sheets per hour.

• Variable Data Printing (VDP): Three Konica Minolta digital presses specialized for VDP (Size: 330 x 480 mm), perfect for unique serial numbers and barcode integration.

• Color Calibration: We utilize German Techkon products and Spectrodense to maintain strict ISO-12647-2 and G7 standards, ensuring a consistent Delta E value across every print run.

3. Precision Post-Press & Finishing

Our finishing department ensures structural integrity and premium tactile effects.

• Die-Cutting & Punching: We utilize the Heidelberg Easymatrix 106 CS (7,700 sheets/hour and Size: 750 x 1060mm) alongside four Gurunanak manual punching machines (4 no’s) for versatile shape requirements.

• Advanced Dry Lamination & Foil: Ample LZFM800MC automatic dry lamination (3,000 sheets/hour and Size: 720 x 1020mm) and dual Gurunanak Hot Foil Stamping machines (1,000 sheets/hour and Size: 720 x 1020 mm).

• Specialty Effects: High-speed Grafica Technologies screen printing for Spot UV and specialized textures at 1,000 sheets per hour.

• Automated Assembly: Features Jay Window Pasting (10,000 cartons/hour) and the Bobst Vision Fold 1100 mm side pasting machine, capable of 20,000 cartons per hour.

4. Automated Paper Bag Production

We house specialized machinery for both sheet-fed and roll-fed eco-friendly carry bag manufacturing.

• Sheet-Fed KORO Machine: Produces up to 5,000 premium bags per hour.

• Roll-Fed Machine: High-speed production of 7,800 bags per hour for retail and e-commerce scale.

5. Cutting & Material Preparation

• HPM Semi-Automatic Systems: High-efficiency cutting with speeds up to 19,350 sheets per hour, ensuring raw material is sized perfectly for the press.
