1. High-Precision Mono Cartons
We specialize in luxury and retail folding cartons manufactured with absolute structural integrity.
Advanced Engineering: We use Esko software, including Artios CAD and Art Pro +, to design complex carton structures.
High-Speed Production: Our Heidelberg CD-102 6-color presses handle sizes up to 720 x 1020 mm at speeds of 15,000 sheets per hour.
Premium Finishing: We offer online UV coating, Metpet printing, and hot foil stamping using specialized Gurunanak machinery.
Automated Assembly: Cartons are finished using the Bobst Vision Fold side pasting machine at a rate of 20,000 cartons per hour.
2. Corrugated & CFC Solutions
For brands requiring superior protection without sacrificing aesthetics, we offer high-performance corrugated packaging.
Rigid Strength: Available in various ply-levels with precision punching using the Heidelberg Easymatrix 106 CS at 7,700 sheets per hour.
Window Integration: Perfect for retail display, our Jay Window Pasting machines process 10,000 cartons per hour.
3. Eco-Friendly Paper Bags
We provide automated, high-volume production of paper carry bags as sustainable alternatives to plastic.
Sheet-Fed Luxury: Produced on KORO machines at 5,000 bags per hour (Size: 300 x 1240 mm).
Roll-Fed Volume: High-speed production at 7,800 bags per hour (Size: 300 x 1470 mm)
